Could someone point me to where in the BIOS and I can verify if the SSD is being detected and how it is noticed?

Hello there,
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. On Save&Exit page, please check if you can see the SSD information there.

Hello there,

Do you have any problem with your PC ?

I am having this problem as well.

Nothing is listed on the "Save & Exit" screen.

I have tried with the included SSD as well as a new one I bought.

Hello there,

So the problem should be the SSD.
Please send  your purchase record and a picture of SN to support-pc<support-pc@bee-link.com, we can send you an SSD replacement.

Hello there,

So the problem should be the SSD.

Thank you, but I found out the problem was on my end.  I was using an unsupported SSD (NVME).  When using the SSD supplied by you guys, I saw it in the BIOS.  No need to send a new SSD
