What S12 NVME max speed can be achieved?

We want to upgrade Mini S12 with better/faster SSD.
What is the maximum speed we can achieve at M2 interface in Mini S12?
Can we achieve 3000 MB/s read/write if we buy appropriate NVMe SSD?

Hi there,

S12 has an M.2 PCIe x1 SSD, which supports M.2 2280 NVMe or SATA III SSD.
The Preinstalled 256GB NVMe SSD can reach 800MB/s. So it can't reach 3000MB/S.
