Repair Windows 11 on U59 Pro

As you may know when Windows fails there is the option to make a USB drive with the Windows installer and select the option to repair Windows but I noticed that on the PC of the brand the installer is different.
I have seen that when someone wants to reinstall Windows 11 on another SSD they give them the link to the installer but I want to know if it also gives the option to repair Windows or is it just an installer.
