I having multiple windows freezing.
Looking at the event viewer, i see in the WHEA Logger:

A hardware error has occurred which has been corrected.

Component: PCI Express Root Port
Error Source: Advanced Error Reporting (PCI Express)

Primary Bus:Device:Function: 0x0:0x1D:0x4
Secondary bus:Device:Function: 0x0:0x0:0x0
Primary Device Name:PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9DB4&SUBSYS_72708086&REV_F0

I reloaded windows completely yesterday, but nothing change.

I have already updated manually the intel driver (ME, chipset, etc...).
Maybe there is a newer BIOS? Can you provide it to me, please?

yes, Windows 10 pro is fully updated.
Also updated the drivers with "driver booster", but nothing change.

Hello there,

Please go to control panel--hard ware--power option--change plan setting--"Change advanced power settings" --- PCI Express option ---change it from "Maximum power saving" to "Moderate power saving".
