Good afternoon
I am new to the forum
I just bought a new GTR6 and when I was going to use it for the first time, with all the illusion in the world, it does not turn on.
The power supply is getting power, and the USB sockets as well.
I have done everything but the computer does not turn on.

Anyone with the same problem, do you know what can happen?

Thanks

Correct, you need to unplug the power supply and HDMI cables. Then press & hold the "CLR CMOS" button with a needle or a pin for about 5-10 seconds. Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.

There might be something wrong with the hardware components. Take out the SSD and RAM and carefully clean the contacts with a rubber eraser. Here is the tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hEd_7nmWVOk

Open it up and check for any plugs that might need popping back in and reseat the RAM/M.2.

Good afternoon
Although sometimes pressing the CLR CMOS button for 10 seconds turns on the unit, sometimes it does not work. You can try as many times as you want that it does not turn on.
The times it has worked I have had to have all the cables disconnected, reset the BIOS with CLR CMOS for 10 seconds and connect the cables, but if you have any cable connected it usually does not work.

and today I've tried about 15 times and it didn't turn on.
It's a very good computer, but when it doesn't turn on it's really desperate.

I need a solution now!!!!!!

Have you tried pressing the button in the small CLR CMOS hole on the front panel of the machine with a paperclip for more than five seconds while the power is off?
