setting screen resolutions on SEi12

Hi, I'm the owner of a Beelink SEi12 Mini PC (Intel i5-1235U).

I connect to it remotely and I cannot set a screen resolutiuon higher than 1920x1080. No screen is physically connected to the mini PC (as I said, ti use it remotely).


I have older Beelink mini PCs and they can be set to higher screen resolutions.

Hi Gian，

May I have a picture of the SN on the bottom of the PC?
Please set the color depth to 8 Bit and the color format to YCBCR_420 and try it again.
