SER6 Pro - New - Displayport Not Working?

Hi,
We just received a new SER6 Pro Mini Pc. We are running a 3 monitor setup.

Monitor1: HDMI to HDMI - Working
Monitor2: Displayport to HDMI - Not Working
Monitor3: USB to HDMI adapter - Working

Can you please tell me what I need to do to get the Display Port Working?

Windows 11, SER6 Pro, using J5Create JDC158 Displayport to HDMI cable.

Just got an email from Beelink confirming a known issue with DP not working, no solution is available at the moment'

I can confirm that my issue was resolved with a display port 1.4 cable. 1.2 cable was not working.

Latest from Tech support: use DP 1.4 cable. I have one on order and will test later today. My current DP cable is 1.2 and does not work.

DisplayPort is working fine for me (DisplayPort to MiniDisplayport cable).

Try another cable or a displayport to displayport cable first to make sure that the port is working normal. If possible try another DisplayPort to HDMI cable.

Another solution might be to load the newest driver/software from AMD for the Hardware (which i have installed for my 6Pro).

...what also comes to mind is that the DisplayPort might not working if a Display is also connected via the USB4-Thunderbolt Port (which also uses Displayport via USB). So, try disconnecting the USB4-Monitorcable, restart the Computer and see if your DisplayPort is working without the USB-connected Monitor.

Hi, no - I am not using the USB C - I am using an HDMI to Standard USB adapted for the other display. I also have 2 different Hdmi-to-displayport cables - none of them work.

I am having the same problem. Brand new SER6 and I can not get the DisplayPort port to work. I have tried multiple DP cables and DP to HDMI adaptors and nothing is working. When I plug a USB-C to HDMI adapter into the Thunderbolt port that works, but I did not want to use the Thunderbolt port for graphics. Is there a BIOS update that can fix this or should I return???
