When I click Restart in Windows, the computer boots up, but it doesn't run into Windows and just freezes. So, press the power button again to stop the computer, then press the power button again to enter Windows.
1.Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (poke the hole of CMOS with a pin) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.
2. Please try another power supply.
