I have a 7735HS mini PC. The front USB-C port is supposed to be USB 3.0 if I read correctly. I'm only getting max transfer speed around 41 MB/s

Is there something wrong with the unit?

You can check cable, I used a m.2 SSD rack and I had very high transfers, far from 41mbps :).

Hello there,

May I have the SN on the bottom of the PC ?
Please go to BIOS and check the BIOS version.
Maybe you need to update the BIOS to lower the temperature.

front usbC port is usb4, as they said
transfer rate very much affect by the external usb chip set and its internal drive, i got around 390Mb/s with usb3.2 interface and with shipped pcle 4.0 kinston drive ( i swap with the new samsung 980 Pro pcle)
Try to turn on the ACPI in bios when problem show with new device attached, it might help.

It is USB 4/ Thunderbolt 3/4 compatible. I have tried it on a 165hz monitor with a USB4 cable and getting the max refresh rate on my monitor.

Still no luck. I've been going in circles with support. They gave me a new BIOS to use and it made it worse. I did enable ACPI auto config but it didn't resolve the issue
