Now bios 1.11, EC 1.13 at idle 45 Celsius, under load up to 92.The seller sent only EC 1.15How will this solve the problem?Or is it necessary to update the bios to 1.13?apparently replacing the thermal paste will not lower the temperature of the processor. :(

Hello gelezi,

Did you try to update the EC to 1.15 version ?
After we tested , the temperature dropped a bit , you can have a go.

Hello @Support-03
yes, model 7735hs.

EC has not upgraded from version 1.13 to 1.15 yet.

I do not understand why the seller sent only EC 1.15, it is not required to update the BIOS firmware from 1.11 to 1.13.

Perhaps replacing the thermal paste will solve the problem with overheating?
