What thermal paste is used in ser6 pro 7732hs, regular or phase change. My ser6 pro overheats to 92 degrees.bios 1.11 EC 1.13, wrote about the problem to the seller, he replied that only EC 1.15 should be flashed. Bios does not need to be updated. If EC 1.15 only increases the fan speed and its regulation, then it's the thermal paste? Can I replace it with ZALMAN ZM-STC9, is it better than factory thermal paste?

I used Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut, not Extreme. After I reflashed BIOS temp was better and I decided to change the thermal compound too, some people didn't change it, reflashing solved overheating.

I don't understand why the seller sent only EC - version EC-ARB20A-1.15-T01. My bios is 1.11 Why doesn't it need to be updated?

I don’t understand how changing thermal paste affects the temperature of the processor with the same BIOS and EC versions

Does the black tape that is connecting the cpu fan and the heatsink can be removed? If so can you reuse it after you reinstall the cpu fan?
