I just purchased a SEi12 i5-1235U Intel 12 Gen Mini PC and would like to know if there is any software available to monitor the system - internal speeds, memory usage, internal temps, new driver updates, firmware updates, etc.  Also, I attemped to find the location to "register" my product for warranty purposes and to receive any necessary communications from the manufacturer.  Any help is appreciated.

All you need is a free system monitor program called HWiNFO64. This has all your power and temp readings, etc. Also, you should download "Intel driver and support assistant." This will help keep your drivers up to date. But don't join Intel's data submission program, uncheck that box or it will randomly ramp up your processor fan and temps; real annoying.

Thank you.  I know my system warranty.  I was asking about any process to officially "register" the purchase to facilitate communications with the manufacturer regarding potential issues and/or RMA requirements.  Registration is a common process for most electronics.
