SEi8 won't reboot

Hello,

I shut down my beelink Sei 8 and when I went to reboot it won't restart. I only shut it down because it said it had updates that needed to be installed. So I shut the computer down and when I went to reboot it will not restart. It does power on, and the fan kinda starts up but then nothing happens and the fan stops. Any suggestions on how to fix this. I kinda have tried many different things:
1. I unplugged and replugged and hit the power button - nothing
2. I unplugged and pushed the CLR CMOS button for 5-6 seconds and then plugged back in and hit the power button - nothing

Im at a loss. Please help with this! Thank you

1.There is a small hole for CLR CMOS on the front of the machine, please insert a pin for 15 seconds after unplugging the power and HDMI cable, then turn it on to check whether it can be used normally.
