Since I bought it in Dec 2022, My U59 does not boot in any of the following circumstances.
1. After regular shutdown and press the power button.

2. when choosing "power --> restart" it powers down but never comes back
3. after it goes to sleep mode, there is no way to wake it up.
even if it is set to "never sleep", it goes to sleep very often if it is not active for hours.

NO BOOT symptom:
1. Power button lights up and the fan can be heard running
2. No display at all. Not even BIOS
3. Fan stops running and the power button LED goes off.
It just cycles through step 1 to step 3 forever and has no display at all.

I have to pull the power plug; press and hold the power button for a while; plug in the power again and press the power button to power on the PC.
But it is getting harder for this trick to work. Now I have to try the trick multiple times to the PC back to work.

Hello there,
Sorry for your trouble.
Pls also contact our email.
Could you pls send  a picture of SN at the bottom of the machine?
There is a small hole for CLR CMOS on the front of the machine, please insert a pin for 15 seconds after unplugging the power and HDMI cable, then turn it on to check whether it can be used normally.
Pls also try to reinstall system,I can send you the system later.

Hi, Thanks for the response. Your suggestion of CLR CMOS worked very well for a few months. However, starting from last month, the PC crashed a lot. Now it can not keep on for more than 5min. Once it is powered on and I log into Windows, without doing anything, the PC shuts off itself within a few minutes. Please help. Thanks.

Here are the SN and purchase record. Thank you.

Let's do some troubleshooting. Here are some potential solutions:
1.Please change another HDMI cable or power supply.
2.Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please try to hit the hole of "CLR CMOS" with a needle or a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.
3.There might be something wrong with the hard ware components. Please take out the SSD and RAM and then put them back , make sure they are installed properly.
Also please clean the gold finger with a rubber. Here is the tutorial  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hEd_7nmWVOk
If it still doesn’t work, please try to replace SSD and RAM or put the SSD or RAM to other devices to test if they work.
4. You can take out one of the RAM and test whether one of the RAM is damaged. If your machine has two memory cards
Looking forward to your feedback

I swapped in RAM and then M.2 from another mini-PC, my mini-PC still shut off within a few minutes after I logged into the Windows. I then installed RAM and M.2, which are swapped out from my mini-PC into another mini-PC, the whole system just worked fine. Also, I did try different power supply and HDMI cable and also clear CMOS before swapping out RAM and M.2. None of them worked.
So let me know how I can APPLY FOR RMA now.
Thank you.
