SER5 5800H.... nothing but trouble.... help!!

I am having only problems with my Beelink SER5 5800H SN D58003EF00204  PRO-E-32512EJ0W64PRO-D.

Within the first hour of use, it blew a house circuit breaker and would not boot afterwards.   I re-installed Windows 11, but the device could not access it's wi-fi adaptor.   I then installed Windows-10 and it could access the wi-fi, but only for an hour or so.

While it would run most applications, it would not run the main app that I intend to use on it.   It runs for about two minutes and then powers off.  The app is called GSB, but you won't be able to download and try it.

What would be the reason for powering off the device?   This happens on Windows 10 and 11.  But now I'm not able to run anything because the wi-fi isn't working.

I have notified Amazon and they have agreed to a refund.   But, I don't give up easy and i would prefer to get it going.   By the way, there was a screw loose in the cabinet which I removed.   I could not find where it came from.

Sorry for your trouble.

1.Please make sure your wifi signal is full.
2. Make sure that the distance between the PC and the router is less than 6 meters.
3. Please uninstall the wifi driver and then resatart the PC to see if it works.
4. Please right click the windows ---setting -troubleshooting ---other toubleshooters--- internet---run , let the PC diagnose the problem and solve it automatically.
5.Please update the driver https://beelink.oss-cn-hongkong. ... R%205900/Driver.zip

You can also go to AMD web to load the relevent driver for your machine.
6. Go to device manager , click the property of the Intel wifi driver, ---advanced--choose property 802 ac, value also choose 802 ac.

For that screw,could you send a picture of that?Pls also send a picture of the inside of the machine,then we can check that for you.

The SER5 5800H I received from Amazon had 3 (!!!) loose screws that rattled inside the case.
All of them belonged to the mainboard/bottom fanplate.
Very lousy build quality.

Hey Mate i had this issue but maybe u might have fried Ur wifi chip but first I would recommend powering off ur device unplugging it and holding the power button for like 10 sec then plug it back in it might reset and fix ur issue
