Hello - I am getting the media not present error and it just keeps looping through to the BIOS. I tried resetting the CMOS. Do I need to upgrade the firmware? I have taken pictures of the BIOS version and the serial label.

I have a U59 SN: B51053DE00380 and I have tried to install an SSD970 EVO plus NVMe m.2 SSD. But it does not recognize it on BIOS Says NVMe not Detected.
I also tried a NETAC NI7000 PCle Gen 4x4 SSD and had the same results.
