Won't boot into windows, stuck on BIOS

My U59 was working fine until today. The SSD is not recognized, I have tried to reset it using the button, reinserted the ram and ssd to no avail. I do notice that the SSD lights turn on sometimes but it still doesn't work. The fan also doesn't work within BIOS, which makes it run hot. I am not sure if I need to install latest BIOS or if my SSD became faulty, please advice.

Let's do some troubleshooting. Here are some potential solutions:
1/take apart the machine and remove the SSD then reinstall it.
2/Could you please send us these  pictures? (The method of entering the BIOS is to press delete all the time at the boot interface)
   1. BIOS save&exit page
   2. SATA And RST Configuration in BIOS chipest (path: Chipset→PCH-IO Configuration→SATA And RST Configuration)
   3. Boot page
3/You csn try to fix the problem by running the Windows 11 installation from a recovery hard disk.Or we can send you the system file later.

I have already contacted your email, but I have not received any reply. I am going to probably use another ssd since the one that it came with is probably faulty. There is nothing that I can do in the bios or outside to make it boot into windows as is.

Change the ssd disk with another one of better quality and the player will work without any problem

For some reason, it started working again after I tried to install linux, but I will probably get a different m.2 just so I don't have to deal with this issue in the future.

Honestly, I will just rate this product a 1 star on Amazon. The costumer service is terrible and they ship broken products. Hopefully other people don't get scammed by these people in the future.
