I was provided the latest BIOS 1.13 after using 1.11 in the hopes of fixing a problem.  It did not help.  I am still experiencing an issue where my 6800H seems to be overheating.  The fan does seem to increase speed but not as much and after temp hits about 80C the system reboots. If I do not let it stay off a while to cool, it either bios or boot loops and will not go back into windows.  I suspect a bad fan.  Any suggestions?

I tried limiting the TDP to 35watts and got the same problem.  Vents are all crystal clear and the system is only a few months old.

Next would be putting in support to get a new cpu fan unless any other suggestions.

Is weird that is rebooting, because mine hits even 92C and never reboots, maybe yours has a problem. Also most users confirmed that 1.13 solved the heating problem partially. Open a ticket at Beelink and talk to them about this.

It's rebooting at about 78-80.

I did what you asked.  Bios 1.13 does not include an option for manual fan control.  The setting the processor profile to 99% works but drops the max load of the CPU to 20-25 watts, severly limiting performance.  That fix defeats the purpose of upgrading to the 6800H.  What else should I try.  I also replaced the CPU thermal paste.  It did not help as well.

I also replied with copy of order receipt in email as requested.

You can try a fast fix, by disabling the PBO (overdrive, auto overclock). Add this after youtube address: watch?v=tl4Fs-ZjlkA, I cannot post links here, it will censor me. See if still reboots if you do this tutorial.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I agree that helps, but we should not have to handicap the system for stable performance.  In email support, they wanted me to limit the processor  power limit to 99% in the power profile.  In actuality, that limits yo to about 85% load on the CPU.  Not worth paying extra for the 6800H to have it perform like a 5600H.  Even when limited, after a system update, the system kept looping on bios till I let it cool before restarting.
