Help - Reinstall Windows - SERV5

Hi I have a new SERV5 and was using an image from my other SERV5.  The new SERV5 unfortunately didn't like the image and now windows doesn't boot at all etc.  Where can I download a fresh iso (to put on USB) of the SERV5 so I can just get it back to factory defaults?  I no longer have the other SERV5 either.

Your model machine is SER5?
Could you pls send  a picture of SN on the bottom of the machine?
