I don't really understand why don't you read the forum threads if you need something (FW) or need help?!?!?!
As you see there is a support guy here and will asnwer asap.
As a machine brick happened in FW flashing - we will not give you the latest FW/BIOS link, as we are users too as you!
Personally I wonder why they don't put these BIOS'es in the support page on each machine. Some users complain they don't answer in mail or they answer very slow. If they put the software in support page all these problems would disappear.

Sorry for the inconvinience.
Since there are different bios version for one model machine,so we can only send the relevent bios according to the SN and the number below SN.
It's very easy for you to flash a wrong bios.

My experience with support page is that they answer quick. When I’ve asked for a new bios version on a Friday evening (Saturday morning in China). I got a reply on Sunday evening (early Monday morning in China). But I’m with you and, I would like to see that they put the bios on their support page. My opinion is if when ppl can’t discover the exact version of their computer, they shouldn’t try to flash the bios.
