Hello,

my son's SER6 Pro 6800H with the latest 1.13/1.15 BIOS restartad 3 times in the last week while he played the game, could you advise me how could I find out what was the reason of the restart?
Maybe I need to start a logging software?

You can use Event Viewer in Windows and check there the Windows Logs, System and Application tabs. If Windows logged what happened, you will find there and maybe fix the cause. Right click on Start, Event Viewer.

I looks like overheating, there is no "ThrottleStop" for AMD CPU, so you need to find a solution to lower temperature

I looked at this log, unfortunatelly could not find any relevant information.
Though I got asnwer from support - I don't want to reinstall the whole system.
Yesterday there was again restart... so I need to look at the logs again.

I don't think that it is temperature problem.

There may be a fan pwm slope setting, along with max fan temp and fan start temp, under the smart fan setting in BIOS.  You can adjust those to get the fan to spin faster and earlier to get the unwanted heat out of the system.
