Try to modify power to 45W in BIOS see if still restarts. I see you are capped at 35W.

Unfortunatelly it was 35W because of the CMOS Reset what I did at the weekend (advised by the support).
But always was at 45W before this.... so doesn't help.

- change the 2pcs DDRRAM in the slots
- trying other power supply
- could be problem if I updated the drivers by Win11 and don't use the downloadable drivers from Beelink site?
- Ryzen 7 6800H chipset driver package??? Where I could download from?

I gave up the project - I'll send it back.
External power supply, ddrram exchange in the 2 slots... didn't help.

Closed.

PS: I reopen if the new one restarting too...

Well, there's some info:

- I would get a 7735HS as a replacement as the 6800H out of stock...
- I asked and got Win10 install pack from support today
- yesterday evening I downloaded Win10Pro from Microsoft and made a install USB pendrive with Rufus, I found AMD driver pack which I had to install as there was some (3) exclamation mark in the device manager. My son played Forza Horizon 5 for 2 hours without restart...

Who knows - maybe there is some glitch with Windows 11 Pro on this machine if we use with hungarian language package installed... there was some urban legends in the past regarding this.

testing further this weekend....

Is very easy to reinstall, all drivers are on AMD site, you need chipset for laptops and GPU driver, latest would be great. Also you can download MediaCreationTool from Microsoft, you can make USB installers for both Win10 and 11, without Rufus or .iso file. Also you can download latest driver for WIFI card, ethernet card and audio, yet the Audio I'm not sure what brand is and where is the driver, for that you would need the installer from Beelink, in the driver pack, in case Windows 10 or 11 doesn't install the audio. Please note that Windows 10 End of Life is January 2025, may prolong at least 1 year more, so Jan 2026 or even farther.

I don't really understand what do you want to say with this...?

On Win11 I updated all of the drivers ... didn't help restart happened!

My FEAR is that what will I do if the new replacement SER6 7735 with hungarian language pack will restart too????
