The support told me this:
"From your description, the overheat causes the restart.
Please go to control panel--power option--choose high performance--advanced setting--processor power managemenet--set to 99%"

now I answered:
Your suggestion didn't help either - we set to 99% and the SER6 Pro 6800H restarted while my son playing Forza Horizon 5.
It did happen only once after the setting, but it is very frustrating to us.
Could you advese me how could I log the problem what software with?

Is weird because my machine has perma 3 mmo games opened all at once and averages are over 83C, spikes up to 92C, GPU usage 80-85% 24/7 and never restarts is stable as a rock. CPU protects itself.

I know, you wrote it earlier - you could imagine my son how frustrated...
Meanwhile I contacted the support too by email and they offered a unit replace...

Do you think that it could be a problem that I replaced the original NVME SSD and I could put it back but the original blue thermal pad lost?

Just erase it and put it back inside. I don't think missing pad is a problem.

How could it be erased safely? Just install the Windows 11 again on the original SSD?

Full format, not quick solves the problem. Or full reset from OS.
