Bought many Beelinks bottom line Kodi toooo dark

i have bought (2) GT1s and (8) MinimxIII II, you can see my review here...https://youtu.be/icqs6FKA010....So why so many Beelinks well I love the launcher and great specs for the price. Wifi is great on the GT1 and good on the mini I have no problem with wifi. Also no problems with OTA, make sure nothing is attached in the USB and pick update later. But F@$K Kodi..... Beelink please fix Kodi. The video is to dark, very dark on both mini and GT1. Beelink moderators please respond to this issue. All to test download CartoonHD and watch something, I watched AshvsEvil Dead a lot of dark scenes you will see the difference.

Somebody in the forum suggested Screen adjuster free app from play store. It does work.

On Kodi 16.1 - I played .avi file and there is there is the 'Brightness' and 'Contrast' option under Video Settings...I was really surprised to see - I never get this with other files such as .mkv or .mp4.

Below I'm attaching picture clicked by my phone - I don't If I can capture screenshot under Kodi.

Its not kodi only. Play dark movie with other player also you will see the dark very dark

as mention earlier try using spmc 16.5.2 no more crash and dark movie (s912)

Only .avi file provides brightness and contrast settings in Kodi - I got almost nothing in that format anymore - all are either .mp4 or .mkv.

So this settings is no use - That what I'm pointing out here.

I have already posted this. Go into system .... settings....video.... acceleration and uncheck amcodec and mediacodec (surface). Then go into any movie and on the bottom right below the bar that shows you where you are time wise in the move there is the Movie real icon And pick brightness set to like 57. At bottom of that menu also pick apply to all.

Why on 57 is so mutch, 54 is ok
