I just bought a Beelink U59 Pro SBC. Everything was working.
I reinstalled windows 10 because I don't like win 11.
I had to reinstall the U59 Pro driver package and the WIfi-Bluetooth driver package I downloaded from your website.
I can not get most of the keys to type on either a USB external keyboard or the windows on screen keyboard. However I can see some of the keys work on the on screen keyboard while pressing them on the external keyboard. A few keys like Ctrl, Caps Lock, function and a few others.
I have looked in Device Manager and it shows the keyboard working properly
I have checked the keyboard setting area of the Ease Of Access in Win 10 and everything in there is turned off
I have checked the external with other computers and it works
I have used different USB ports with no success.
I have uninstalled the keyboard driver and rebooted and let Win 10 reinstall with no luck.
The keyboard direction keys and the enter, esc keys types correctly while in the Bios
The Keyboard is fully functional when typing at the Command Prompt.
Can you help me get this fixed? It seems like a Windows or Driver issue. If you think it's a Driver can you please direct me to the correct driver to install and where/how to install it?
Thanks
