Hello everyone, to start I want to thank beelink this post is to share mods or improvements and encourage others to experiment to help beelink make a superior product.

I recently purchased a ser5 and a ser6 pro with 5800H and 7735HS processor respectively, the ser5 was improved with the ssd cooling but i do not use the sata drive which has lead me to begin creation of a new insert that will allow more variety in fan uses.

Very impressed with the cooling fan on the ser6 with the 7735HS but two heat pipes maybe could be improved on with another cooler which we will be trying after a new chasis or derivative is designed.

Besides a new ssd mount/fan assembly, processor cooling assembly, and a compatible case to allow potentially larger fans what would you like to see?

Also if someone is aware of the standard of plug used for the fans i am having difficulties sourcing them compared to other makes, any help is appreciated.

We need 120mm fan option or external fan header port so we don't need to use USB fan controller. This would be the 54W+ TDP model.

Hello tokenquest yes i absolutely agree but a 120 fan will likely require additional work, first adaptation will try to use noctua 4x10 or 4x20 in order to keep the beelink case.

When time allows it i will produce a small batch of connectors that allow 3 and 4 pin desktop pwm fans to be adapted to the azw board

At this stage ideally we want to push the beelink case to its limit and try to modify the bottom ssd fan assembly to cool more of the ram and underside of the mobo

Next step would be to get with someone who has a lazer cutter in order to test more open case designs with a 120 and 140 fan in mind

Going further we want to find a good heatsink replacement that is cost effective but again this is likely to go with a case redesign since i cant find the heatsink we are using now in dimensions and clamp style

3D print a new house!

Thanks for the suggestion! Unfortunately i don't have access to a 3d printer or the funds for one and filament but i will explore that option.

Laser cutting may get us a cleaner and cheaper option overall but we shall see
