I have a Corsair Nightsword RGB and works great, no timeouts or reinits, its software works good too. I have SER6 Pro Plus.

Try to use a "USB extender cable" to plug the dongle.

I did and it seems to help. I guess there's a lot of interference with the ser6 pro

Did you have the problems from the beginning? How long did your mainboard lasted? And were you abl ...

No, unit was great from the start. Around the 2-3 month mark I started getting random disconnects from the USB3 ports. Then a sudden device manager code 43 error. Reinstalled drivers/etc, same issue. Checked the ports, no data signals and no 5V source either. Took less than a week for the board to die after that, no boot (black screen). All other components (ram/etc) were tested and were fine.
Getting Beelink to provide me with a replacement was a huge hassle that never happened. I ended up sending this back to Amazon since they were at least helpful.

Plugging the dongle directly in the port maybe heat it too much and it shutdowns? And/Or there is too much interference close to the mainboard? But a lot of people here said that using an extender works fine, go figure...

Yeah, putting it on an extension seemed to Fox the issue, so I guess there was too much interference? But my keyboard is also using a dongle and I haven't noticed an issue with that, but then again it might not be noticable.

I had an issue too, with the USB 2.0 port. My keyboard kept on disconnecting and connecting, until I removed it from the port and moved in an USB 3.0 port in the back. It was first time when it did that, I moved the mouse in the 2.0 and keyboard in the 3.0 and seems stable now. Maybe the keyboard has problems, I don't know.
