I've updated my BIOS from 1.11 to 1.13.
Average max temps:
1.11 was 91-93 C
1.13 is 87-89 C

Still pretty high, not sure what else I can do. I've set the power limit to 35W so it should be lower... How are you getting 71-73 C?

Your temps are good. This chip only thermal throttles if temps exceed 95C. Below 95C is the normal safe operating temp. The chip is designed to be in gaming laptops that get really hot. My SER6 Pro, 6800H, never throttles on the CPU side of things, for any reason, and the GPU side never thermal throttles in my tests. The GPU throttles because it hits the 45W TDP limit set in the BIOS. See my results, under GPU Throttle Reason... YES for Power and Current and NO for Thermal. Lowering your TDP limit to 35W is unnecessary. It will just make your chip throttle for reasons of Power or Current. My max temp of 81.7C is because I also changed the thermal compound. And if somebody is in the 70C's it is either they are not stressing the CPU/GPU hard enough to reach 45W TDP or they live in a really cold place. My temps are based on BIOS 1.13 + thermal paste change.

As a side note, I changed thermal compound too, the factory one was already solidified. So I don't know what kind of compound they are using but is not normal to be solid after less than 2 months. I used TG Kryonaut and my averages went from 79-80 to  75-76. I know is not much but in time it really counts, also spikes are under 92C now.

My temps at idle are around 68-75 with the new bios and gets up to 89-90 at load. I'm thinking of of changing the thermal paste if the temps start going up again, but I've only had the PC for about 4 days now so I'm still testing it out. I did put a heatsink onemy memory thich seemed to help

Okay. Seems like when I update the power limit to 45W. The fan spins alot stronger and attempts to keep temps around that 87-89 under load. At idle it sits at around 60~. Added two 120mm fans one in front and one on top only gets me -2C at most..

This is me after I installed TG Kryonaut, averages went down to 74-75 from 79-80. Also spikes are max 92C, they only last 1-2 seconds. I have a game started and its anti cheat system is scanning all the time, Overdrive is going crazy, that's why I have those spikes. I ran Cinebench R23 for 10 mins and temp was max 86C.

Yeah, I'm not looking to disassemble and repaste. Otherwise I'd just remove it from the housing and attach a large heatsink.

Hi Everyone

Just exploring my new SER6 Pro 7735HS...lovely little gen of a device...but I too am finding myself with the following:

BIOS Version:   1.11
Build Date/Time: 12/21/2022 14:55:29
EC FW Version: 1.13

so I would be most grateful if someone would provide me with the link to where I can get hold of a legit copy of the latest BIOS (not sure if that 1.13 or 1.15...have seen both mentioned recently).

Many thanks in anticipation.

Regards, Baldrick

Someone already bricked his mini PC, dunno what he did wrong, but most of people succeeded. The procedure is to send the serial number to Beelink and they provide you the latest bios. I have it but I won't send it, to avoid this kind of bricking issues. Go to Beelink site, Support, Service & Repair and open a ticket, you will communicate with them by e-mail, based on that ticket.
