SER6 Pro+ 7735HS Overheating

I'm looking for a solution on my 5 day old SER6 7735HS.  It's thermal throttling and overheating while under load. I've emailed support and created a service & repair inquiry, I have yet to get any response. What can I do to get some help with this?

All issues are solved with new bios revision.

Why are messages deleted? , if you haves issues with your products fix them dont delete messages. That being said i was about to buy the ser pro but luckily i stumbled on this nice forum and saw there are multiple heating issues on the platform, so i will not buy.
