Mini S N5095A - Does not recognize Disco M2

Greetings, I have a Mini S N5095A team that worked correctly, but from one moment to the next I stop recognizing the hard drive and boating the operating system. I have tested with another team of the same model and placed the other disc to see its reaction but still it does nothing.

I would like to know how you can help me, since I do not know if it is a BIOS problem or a bad configuration or disk problem. In any case, I would like to know how I can manage the guarantee.

Could you pls send  a picture of SN at the bottom of the machine and your purchase record?
And you mean that your machine can't recognize the original SSD sometimes?
