Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC
Please send us the picture of your bios version, and we will confirm whether it needs to be updated (press the delete button on the boot page to enter the bios, and you can see the version on the main page)

Please send me the latest firmware for my U59 model attched s/n.  The issue I am trying to resolve is the U59 is not able to recover and power up after it shuts down on it's own or due to power failure.  Attached is a Event Viewer log showing me manually power up at 7:06pm on Aug 29.

Your bios is already the latest version and does not need to be updated

Hello! I have the same issue as all of the people above... A week ago device froze for some unknown reason, now it is unable to boot properly unless I take the power cable OUT for several seconds (I guess that is resetting the CMOS somehow).

After the first freeze, I noticed that the UEFI partition had been wiped out. This seems to be a different problem altogether, let's hope that a BIOS update fixes the issue.


This did not happen before.



Bios version seems to be the one from 05/05/2022.
