2 Bricks... How to update the firmware?

I have 4 Beelink BT3 Pro unworking with Windows 10...

They boot fine, but at ramdom time, they freeze or reboot... I was try to reinstall Windows 10, but always fail, and when I try to install Linux (Debian o Ubuntu) throwh a kernel panic... but If I run BurningTest by WinPE by Sergei Strelec, I can run it during hours without errors...

Then, I try to upgrade the firmware, but the Youtube's Video Tutorial didn't work... and try to do running the .bat, but at restart, die... don't turn on anymore... the led turn blue-red-blue...

What can I do???
