Team,

I have two SEI 12 computers. Both are running at half of their minimum speed. Averaging 0.45ghz up to 0.73ghz. This is very slow. The highest it hits is 1.5ghz which is SLOW. Supposed to ramp up to 4.0ghz+ when needed. The fan also goes nuts. The fan is going up and down and up and down like a hair dryer very loud and random.

Why is the processor operating below its minimum speed? Why is the fan making loud noises?

Serial #2 - 1235U2BH80874

Please help.

Your current router have to be the 6E router to work with Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz to get the faster speed.

This isn't a WiFi bandwidth issue... :-/ This is a CPU speed issue. I could turn WiFI completely off and have the same issue. WiFi is not the issue.

Any updates? No one ever responds when I send email to support-pc@bee-link.com There's not even a ticket auto-recognition "thanks for your ticket" email.

Why are these computers running at half a ghz?
