Ubuntu 22.04 is randomly freezing, when I'm using VSCode generally.
I can't use the mouse or keyboard when it happens. I just recover the system with hard reset (poweroff).
Anyone with this problem?
I rarely use Windows 11 in dual boot, but I never had the same problem.

Note: Is there any way to search in the Beelink forum?
Thanks in advance.

Hello there,

1.You can try to clear CMOS first: Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Then press the pinhole of "CLR CMOS" with a pin for about 10 seconds. Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again. Please wait about one or two minutes, if you can go to the system, Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

2. Also you can test your RAM.
There might be something wrong with the hard ware components. Please take out the SSD and RAM and then put them back , make sure they are installed properly.
Also please clean the gold finger with a rubber. Here is the tutorial  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hEd_7nmWVOk
If it still doesn’t work, please try to replace SSD and RAM or put the SSD or RAM to other devices to test if they work.

3. You can take out one of the RAM and test whether one of the RAM is damaged.

If you still can not solve the problem, it is recommended to contact our after-sales mailbox: support-pc@bee-link.com.
Looking forward to your information.
Have a nice day!
