Fans problem

I have a problem with my GTi_8: the fans are always running even if the CPU/HD temperatures are low (monitored with SpeedFan) and are very noisy. How can I do?

What is your current BIOS version ?
Please send the PC of SN on the bottom of the PC and the BIOS version to support-pc@bee-link.com, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

ok, I've already updated my pc Bios. But the fans continue to product noises, they work all the times - I think improperly.
What can I do?

I've changed hte BIOS parameters:
CPU TEMP 72 --> 60
CPU FAN SPEED 65 --> 30

Is that correct?
