I've downloaded Kingston SSD manager however it's not recognizing the drive. Is there a fix for this? Anyone run into this issue?

Hello,
Could you send a picture of your SSD and SN at the bottom of the machine?

It can't recognize the original SSD or your new SSD?

It’s the original SSD on the factory Windows 11 install.
Just so I don't cause confusion. The drive works fine. Everything works fine. But the Kingston SSD Manager App doesn't show any drives listed.

I contacted Kingston. This is not a bug, it’s a feature. Kingston SSD Manager does not work with OEM supplied drives, which is what comes with Bee-Link systems.Kingston referred me back to Bee-Link, so at this point I’m not sure if we can get any additional software.
Like most manufacturers, Kingston sells drives for consumers and for OEM manufacturers. We get the OEM version which is not supported by the software.
Any capable software should be able to report drive temperature, SMART status etc. For firmware updates, however, we rely on Bee-Link since Kingston won't share or publish for consumers.
