I see that you are roaming around in this forum and giving advices and support. Thank you. You already know some mini pcs are having reboot problems. I am one of them. Since the not restarting is a random issue (doesn't happen with every restart), could it be a softwware/BIOS issue (?).
Is BeeLink trying to solve the problem?
What is the official standing of BeeLink?
Is Beelink replacing the defective pcs?
What are our options?

I am really liking the Beelink pcs and would like to find a solution. Thanks in advance.

I’ve contacted this email address three times :-( no response. I need to change the serial number in my SEI 12 1235U BIOS.

I did the same, made contact by email and had no response. I need the latest BIOS version of the SER4 Ryzen 4800U.
