Am using a wechip remote with this box and all of a sudden the back button has stopped working. Any help appreciated

Back to square 1 with this remote after upgrading to 003RO firmware. No back button at all now from any keys. Am running CE from an sd card and this remote works as it should. Is just when in Android it doesn't, am stumped!

Sounds like the button mapping file(s) are messed up in latest firmware.... ( just a guess )
Maybe button mapper from playstore can help..

Ok... still kinda wierd that it takes a few reboots.

I believe that is a 2.4G remote, so IF you dont have anything using the second USB port you could try moving the dongle to the other port.
Also if you are using the box on wifi, on occasion wifi signals can interfere with 2.4G dongles. IF that would be the case, you could try putting the dongle further from the box on an extension cable.
Personally, i would always use hard wired ethernet to the box if at all possible.

Yes I have tried all usb ports with the same result, I also use the dongle into a 6" usb extension lead as this remote is very quick with actions and needs to be slowed down this way. It works fine with my gtk pro but far from it with this new box.
