GTR6 no HDMI output at all

Same issue here, and reached out to Support. Will come back with a solution or further updates for someone in the future who might be in a panic with this same issue. I hope Beelink resolves this quickly!

- Fan is on, and it seems like it fully booted.
- Power light, and link-light on ethernet.
- No video on any HDMI port.

This is with the GTR6 6900HX

So far I have tried:

- Using only one stick of RAM
- Disconnecting the CMOS battery
- I used the HDMI cable provided
- I tried different displays
- I tried different keyboards even :)

This is the RAM and SSD that I used:

- Crucial RAM 64GB Kit (2x32GB) DDR5 4800MHz CL40 Laptop Memory CT2K32G48C40S5
- Crucial P3 Plus 1TB PCIe Gen4 3D NAND NVMe M.2 SSD, up to 5000MB/s - CT1000P3PSSD8

I ordered another system ( not barebones ) on Amazon while I return this one. Cannot wait. Business is not about guessing games and holding patterns. These systems are AWESOME for business... but it is too expensive to wait for support and have no confidence of what might happen. DOA happens, but support needs to be IMMEDIATE in that case for every customer.

I love these systems. I would recommend them to clients. But only if purchased from Amazon or Newegg or similar, easy to return within the first week if they are DOA, and 24x7 support. Otherwise all the performance and power you get from the GTR6 is ruined by support and logistics. Really it is a full-time focus for a company to do that well. Beelink ought to focus completely on R&D and only do wholesale.

Did you get the barebones also @Hamurcu? Or was it DOA with RAM and SSD?

Sorry to hear that @Hamurcu.

This turned out to be a `DOA` system for me. I got an RMA code to return it for a refund. I know because I ordered the exact same system on `Amazon` and popped my RAM and SSD in to the exact same spots, and ta-da, online.

The first system was ordered `barebones` from the manufacturer first, and took a week to even ship, then 10 days to arrive dead. The second was ordered with `32gb RAM` and `500gb SSD` and arrived literally next day and just worked.

Sorry for the trouble.
Since you bought a barebone, did you install the operating system in the SSD ? What is the version of the system?

Already returned it for refund and bought another on Amazon.

Was not posting at all, no Beelink logo, no chance to get to OS.

Having this problem with Mini S. Was working fine, now not. Tried different cables and other HDMI port. I can't see anything. Monitor works with other computer. Any help?
