My monitor didn't work either - until I found an "enable legacy HDMI" setting on it - then it did!  Something to look for if you have the option! :)

I have this exact same problem. My friend ordered me a barebones GTR6 and some RAM and SSD, I tried using it without them plugged in and with them, all four of the hdmi ports do not work either with my TV or my Dell Monitor. I've used multiple HDMI cables as well. I have about eight different HDMI cables, ranging from 8k to 4k. I also tried unplugging the CMOS battery for a while and then plugging it back in, as well as trying to reset the CMOS through the button on the front with the PDF tutorial. I have no signal from HDMI device on both the monitor and the TV.

Hello,
Pls contact our email.
Could you pls send  a picture of SN at the bottom of the machine and your purchase record?
Just balck screen?
Does the fan rotate?
Does the instruction led light up?

1.Please change another HDMI cable or power supply.

2.Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please try to hit the hole of "CLR CMOS" with a needle or a pin for about 5-10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.

3.There might be something wrong with the hard ware components. Please take out the SSD and RAM and then put them back , make sure they are installed properly.

Also please clean the gold finger with a rubber. Here is the tutorial  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hEd_7nmWVOk

If it still doesn’t work, please press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, so that you can go to BIOS, please check you can see SSD there.

Is there any update on this? I'm exactly in the same situation.
The fan works and looking at the power consumption (I have a power meter) and on the fan sound, it's like there is a Windows logon. But no image at all.

Is there any way to force a BIOS flash for a newer version (I heard of a new HDMI driver) just by using a USB flash drive or so? Or to do it like a blind, with precise steps...
