Does anyone know, what I need to change in the BIOS to make it possible to actuall put in more memory to bring my machine up to 64gb?

The picture is so I don't get a bunch of people saying that I have nthe wrong m emory... Which will most likely happen any wayu, evenb though this is what they recomend...

LoL, your funny...

I'm asking because I cannot get the memory to work, by just installing the memory in the slots.

I'm a technician, and the only thing, that is causing the memory to not work, would be the bios, at this point.

For all I know, because of the lack of documentation with this machine, it could be a missing BIOS update.

Which is why I'm asking.

Going into the BIOS as far as I'm concerned, is and ALWAYS will be,
a last resort...

Hello,
So you mean that your macine can't recognize your new 64GB ram?
Or what?
Pls go to control panel-system-about ,then you could see your ram storage,then send a picture of that.
