Hello,
I bought a Kingston DDR4 2666 KF426S15IB1/16 to upgrade my MINI S to 16GB. The exact memory model is this:
www . kingston . com/dataSheets/KF426S15IB 1_16.pdf

However, it's impossible to boot Windows with it. At best, I can only enter the BIOS where I can see that the dimm is recognized correctly. But no matter what settings I try, the PC either enters a continuous boot loop or it doesn't boot at all (CPU fan stuck at 100% and the only way to unlock it is to turn off, clear CMOS and put old dimm back in).

Any recommendations? The BIOS settings are really chaotic. What should I change to maximize compatibility?

Unfortunately it makes no difference. After multiple resets I only managed to boot into Windows once but the system froze just a few minutes later. It's super unstable with this RAM, yet it's working just fine with the original. How can I increase stability? What specific settings should I change in the BIOS?
