Hi everyone,

I updated my drivers and windows after not using my computer for a few months. Once I restarted I am now stuck on the Beelink "Preparing Automatic Repair" screen. I let it sit overnight thinking it might just take a little while. but, to no avail. Do I have any options here? I don't really mind wiping the system since I had nothing of real importance to it, but what are my options here?

When in doubt it doesn't hurt to put a fresh install of Windows. If you can't boot into Safe Mode or System Recovery then there are no options really. So, try using Recovery. Keep trying to restart and you should enter recovery mode. If not then you can try this:

Hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
Press the power button again to turn on your device.
On the first sign that Windows has started (for example, some devices show the manufacturers logo when restarting) hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
Press the power button again to turn on your device.
When Windows restarts, hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
Press the power button again to turn on your device.
Allow your device to fully restart. You will enter winRE.

You can also boot from a Windows Media USB that has your OS and use System Repair.

You can install Windows Without erasing your data folders.

Thank you so much. That finally got me into the advance repair screen and luckily I had an older system restore point. Thank you!

Hi there,

Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC, you might need to reinstall the system.
