Yes it will start normally ... but it will not reboot unless you unplug and replug the power.

If you have them on an external timer that turns off the AC power, that might avoid the problem, but it doesn't solve it.


And I agree ... These have the right features and performance for what I'm doing. I would much prefer replacements to refunds.

Okey Dokey ... what you do about it is up to you.

But do be aware that a machine not rebooting is usually a symptom of deeper problems.

Have the same problem and requested Amazon for a return  by using their chat with a live agent (I hope).   Got the return voucher.

BUT to return the PC, I had to reset PC as there was some sensitive data.  The utility downloads a windows 11 from the cloud and reinstalls it.

SURPRISE  !!  The PC successfully restarts now !  Checked the control panel - device manager and there is only one USB device not installed.  

Will be testing it more.  May not be a motgherboard issue.  Will report more tomorrow

I've just updated the latest windows install, installed drivers fr the beelink site, installed most of the software we are using and
happy to announce that it is restarting normally now without the need to pull power cord out.

Maybe I'm lucky that it is not a motherboard issue on my unit.   I checked the settings - system - about.  It shows manufacturer as AZW.

Will test it more tomorrow.  May not return it after all.

You should return it. The problems are phantoms but they will keep happening. Beelink isn't going to support them.

Anyone if got a replacement mini, please report back if restart is working. I have until the 6th to return to Amazon. I have only restatrt issue, dont want to go from frying pan to fire.
