Repacking defective units? Besides that being fraudulent, I can't see how that would help if this is a known mainboard issue. Easiest solution would be to replace the mainboards and reship replacements.

Has anyone shipped to the address provided on this forum and what were your results?

I sent an email to support and started a chat with an Amazon rep over my coffee this morning. It's probably the middle of the night wherever Beelink is, anyhow. The Amazon chat went smoothly and I'll be taking the PC to a UPS store within the next day or two. I had to push a bit but not much.

Now i get to do my research and shopping all over again.

I've had this pc since mid January and did have some issues with it not booting until I pulled the power plug and waited a bit.  That said, it has not happened since I updated Win 11 to 22H2 in late Feb and I shut down using alt + F4 keys.   I have no idea why it hasn't happened and now that I've written this it'll start again I bet.  RE customer service...wait days for non-sensical answers that don't address the issues.  I'm well past the return time to Amazon at this point.

Seriously, get with Amazon for a refund (if that's where you got it). I recommended this model to a friend before I knew what we were in for and they took his back, too.

Do this. 100%.
I tried through the seller (Beelink sales rep) and they gave me two completely different return addresses with a message stating I need to make sure I ship to the correct address or I won't get my refund. WTF?!

So I looked up both on the web I got some scary posts of customers that tried to ship back directly to these addresses for a refund. The customers had proof of delivery but the vendor/Beelink refused to refund stating they don't have the package according to the posts. What kind of company pulls this kind of BS?!

That's one of them. I personally wouldn't recommend it unless you're willing to take the risk. I can't link on here (since it's moderated and censored), but if you search that address online there are some customers that sent them there and they posted on other forums (eg. Reddit/etc) that Beelink/their reps claimed they never got the package; even though the customer has proof of drop off. So the customer's only recourse is to get VISA for chargeback and the police involved at that point.

Also, a lot of what I'm reading here doesn't imply any confidence in this company which is a shame because the product performance was great until the motherboard died (in my case not even 4 months later). Then I had over a week of BS trying to get a replacement or a refund with these fishy addresses for the return. No RMA as well.  I work in the industry and a RMA should always be provided. Even Amazon's reps advised it was sketchy and risky.

I do not have the power-up/reboot problem. My CPU-Z is attached (see Image). Note there are differences which is probably why mine works.

I returned to the above address by UPS and Not usps. I just received by replacement in about 2 weeks time. The customer support was pretty prompt. I am now a happy person!
