MODEL: HKA06519034-6K
INPUT: 100-240V~50/60Hz, 1.5A
OUTPUT: 19.0V⎓3.42A, 64.98W

With those similar specs, I didn't think it mattered.  Maybe, there's just a defect on the batch of power supplies that came packaged with some SER5s.

My SER5 5560U has the Huntkey PSU, and i have never had any issues with a no POST either powering up normally or rebooting.    Huntkey is a good OEM for PSU's, in fact most Intel NUC's have a Huntkey PSU, or FSP Group..   I did a google search on the other part number that Jouieb listed, and i can't find much information on it, but it might be a generic low quality PSU, which is what i was guessing was going on based on affected people's systems.

It works!!!  I got my replacement power supply.  Identical to the one that my daughter has.  It restarts fine now!  It's not a Huntkey.  It's a  TDX Power AC Adapter Model TDX-1903000U.

I got mine from Mercari.  I searched for "TDX Power AC Adapter Model TDX-1903000U".  Only two came up.  I bought one, and it looks like the other one has been sold.  I'm hoping that Beelink moderators see this thread and do the right thing to help out their customers.

There's a new one on ebay.  Quite expensive though.  Item number 165949302351.

So despite the warranty we're being thrown to the wolves on this one? I'm hesitant to even contact support at this point. I've experienced all the problems everyone in every thread has talked about since buying this PC for Christmas.I figured some of it was just new computer pains but it's only piled up, which is how I ended up on this forum. I'm also outside my return window at Amazon (who are still selling these). Are we at the mercy of whoever we talk to there? I guess I get to find out this week.

I'm having the same problem now. First the USB ports failed then the entire unit fails to boot the next day. Fan spinning up nothing on the display, no led on the unit. Power supply has a nice steady 19V output so I doubt that is the issue. This appears to be a mainboard issue.

They should not be selling these online but they do not care that they are defective. They want money, they do not care about customer service, defects or your hurt feelings. As long as people will buy them, they will keep selling them. They have paid off enough influencers to keep posting positive reviews that the truth is not seen by potential customers. Amazon is completely aware the machines are crap but people keep buying them so Amazon turns a blind eye and deaf ear. Amazon will give you a refund even past the return window if you complain loudly and often. But, Beelink is going to send it to their "warehouse" which is actually a man in New York who packages the returns and defects so they look new - to resell on Amazon.
