Windows 10 Drivers for SER6 6800H Pro?

Hi there everyone.


I recently purchased the SER6 6800H Pro device.  It's great.

However, I need to use Windows 10 on the device, and Windows Update isn't properly identifying all drivers to make my hardware set up correctly.

Can the Beelink team either point me to proper drivers, or can there at least be a detailing of hardware parts on the device so that I can identify the drivers myself?

There seems to be trouble with both the sound drivers and the USB drivers.

I had already installed this.  That driver fixed my display issues but did not resolve my sound issues.  I also have sound from my USB4 connected monitor which worked great in Win11 out of the box setup.

What I’d really like is a list of the hardware inside the device, as performance inside Win10 seems sluggish as well

go to START ... search for "Device Manager" ...
In DM it will show you a tree view of what is installed, what is working and what isn't.

I would assume you already installed win 10? and deleted all of C drive? In the original c drive there are 2-3 folders (named drivers, AMD, and a hidden folder of the win recovery) with drivers that came with my computer.
When I fresh installed win 11, there were 2-3 components that didnot get installed. I let window search for drivers in those folders, it found and installed them.

If you already had those folders on your PC when it arrived then you received a repackaged / used computer. The computers don't ship with those folders. You should only have UEFI / C: / small backup partition. They have a guy in New York who repackages the returns to be sold again as new.

Could you send a picture of SN at the bottom of the machine?
