U59 no sound

Was working fine and then no sound from seakers or headphones. Plugged HP directly into jack and still nothing. Any thoughts?

From all of the complaints I have been reading online it appears the latest Beelink computers all have sound problems. It's not something you've done. If I were you I would return the computer.

My headphone-jack audio stopped working after doing Win 11 Pro updates.  I reinstalled the original Win11 Pro image, and it worked fine again.  So, there is definitely an update-related issue.

For whatever it's worth, the audio chip is a KT0210 (usb audio).  When mine stopped working, Windows kept reporting a device error.  I tried finding a driver, but wasn't able to find one.

I have had no problem so far with 2 of mine except I find it funny that they are using Totrec8.sys as a sound driver (which is from TotalRecorder) and sometimes crash with that driver being the problem. Very unusual. Don't they support some type of basic sound driver?

I have the same problem. After installing win 11 pro 22H2 updates audio jack stopped working. In the driver list I only have "HD AUDIO DRIVER FOR DISPLAY AUDIO". If I insert a USB headset it works but I need to use the audio jack. Is it possible to have support? Thank you

Purchased a U59 system 6 months ago, and recently my speakers stopped working. Purchased a Xumee USB-C to headphone jack adapter on Amazon, and the sound works just fine. Love this mini PC, but Beelink might want to reconsider using old technology on basics such as speaker/headphone connections.
