The SER5 5560U states that it supports WiFi 6E. I just installed one of these computers and it does NOT support 6E. It barely supports WiFi 6. The computer connects to the 2.4G band by default. I have a TP-Link AXE5400 which connects to my cell phone using the 6G band. The 5560U sees the combined 2.4/5G bands, but only connects to the 2.4G band. I separated the 2.4/5 bands in the router and disabled the 2.4 radio, then I got the 5560U to connect one time to the 5G band. Then I disabled the 5G radio, only leaving the 6G band enabled. The 5560U could not see the 6G band. I looked at the Intel AX200 WiFi adapter properties and set the perfered band to 5G. There was no option for the 6G band to be perfered.
Searching online, I see many complaints about Win 11 computers not connecting to 5G band. I tried some of the suggestions, but none worked. As a minimum, I want to connect to the 5G band. What is the magic procedure to make this happen consistently?

BTW: I could not find any search capability in this forum, so I had to start this new thread. There must be an existing WiFi thread as this appears to be a widespread issue.

Welcome to the:
Professional. Concentrate. Focus. Specifically. Forum
The owners could not afford to buy the search button feature.
I think the Intel Module you need is AX210.
Mediatek and AMD got together and the RZ608 was born.
It's the dumb idea neither want to support.

I can not speak to connecting to 6G but I have no issue connecting to 5G with my SER5 5560U. The wifi card in my computer is a Mediatek - MT7921K and I'm using driver version 3.3.10.662

The RZ608 and MT7921K drivers are interchangeable and Windows will say you have a MT7921K if you install that driver. You actually have an RZ608 because that's what ships. It doesn't matter though because the MT7921K driver works the same.

I know RZ608 and MT7921k are interchangeable. It even states in my Device Manager RZ608.  When I opened up the computer the wifi card was labeled in descending order Mediatek Inc., Model: MT7921K, Part Number RZ608.  When buying the computer it stated it came with a Kingston M.2 2280 NVME SSD. This SER5 5560U came with a Crucial P3 Plus 500GB PCIe M.2 2280 SSD. I'm not complaining. I also added another Crucial MX500 1TB.  Only one time did this computer not reboot the first day when I was doing updates for both Windows 11 and AMD. Since then it has operated normally. I have not gone into BIO's and made any changes. I did set the computer to turn off screen in 15 minutes, Windows to never sleep and turn off Windows 11 automatic updates. To date I guess I'm one of the lucky ones to not have so many issues.

The only issue I have, and it's a sticky one, is this business of it failing to reboot.  I'm slowly working through all the options I know and following other suggestions such as disabling fast boot and such to see if I can find a work around for it.  In truth it's not that big of a deal. In normal use I will sometimes go for weeks on end without a reboot... but when I do have to, it needs to work.

I don't use wireless or bluetooth. In fact I removed the little radio board from the computers for security reasons. (I have some rather sensitive data on my systems).

Mine came with Crucial ram and an Intel NVME board, which is okay.

For the rest of it, I'm actually quite pleased with the little beasty.  It's compact, fast, quiet and fairly well made. But most of all it does all my tasks very nicely...

It's just this rebooting problem that's stuck in my craw.  (Grin).
