I have the 16GB memory model that allows for a max of 2GB dedicated gpu memory from the normal 512MB dedicated gpu memory . I was wondering if I bought a 32GB memory kit would I be allowed to increase the dedicated gpu memory to 4GB or with a 64GB memory kit to 8GB dedicated gpu memory. Just curious because if it works like that I'm so buying a 64GB memory kit right away to test the increased GPU power from the 2GB dedicated gpu memory I have atm.

The more RAM you have the easier life is for your CPU. My experience with increasing the GPU RAM in the BIOS caused my PC to become mentally unstable. It may not happen to you, I dunno. You can always max out your RAM and do your own experiments in the BIOS. Hit the ESC key during POST and you will have access to the North Bridge. There you can increase your dedicated video RAM.

You can't increase the VRAM, even if you increase the RAM.

Actually you can - Just not through the regular BIOS - ESC is the secret key.

Actually you can allocate up to 4GB of RAM to your iGPU, just set the gaming mode in BIOS

UMA stands for unified memory architecture; It indirectly refers to the fact that the integrated graphics card uses the system RAM because it does not have any of its own integrated RAM.
